With the One Ring of Power being the uber item that it is, you'd think that it would be Bind on Acquire. Quite the opposite considering it falls of people's fingers to get around. Or rather, it's bound to Sauron, yet others can equip it. Go figure. :D
Kinda defeats the purpose of Elrond's Master Looting rule.

It's more like "One ring to fool them all".
Everyone can wear it but it's only one man can use the power.
