Okay, all you minstrel-to-bes, let me give you a little insight that I've gleaned from my 60 levels and them some of playing my minstrel, "Velvyn Silverstrings." I've usually played classes in fantasy RPGs with a musical emphasis. Interestingly, they have not always played the same. and this has landed me in a variety of class roles. But this is the first time such a class has put me in the role of main healer.

This is a surprising and refreshing change of pace. But minstrels do much more than just heal. They have a variety of abilities which make them essential to any group. You won't have any trouble finding a fellowship as a minstrel. Rather, groups will come looking for you.
