Site Updates

In preparation for the debut of our new Rune-keeper and Warden class guides (due to be out very soon now) we've been working behind the scenes for the last few weeks to facilitate the way all our guides are submitted and updated, in order to make presenting them to visitors and members easier and more efficient for our moderators and our admin.

Our guides are some of our site's more popular content but their intricate nature has made updating them a real trial for our staff, so we've completely rewritten how they are handled and worked from the inside, in the hope that we can more easily keep producing and updating them for our site visitors.

You won't be seeing too many changes from the outside, other than perhaps faster updates and the addition of the new classes in the lineup, but our new system will be making a big difference to us behind the scenes. This can only be a good thing, considering that we had to temporarily halt much production on LOTROinfo in the interim, and in particular, updates on all our guides, including our anticipated, upcoming Rune-keeper and Warden guides. You can be sure that getting them out quickly, along with updated version of all the rest of our guides, is currently LOTROinfo's first priority.

So watch for our these changes taking place very soon, and for the debut of our two newest guides. Thanks greatly for everyone's patience.
