We are currently experiencing an issue with the Report as Gold Spammer feature and as a result, have made the decision to temporarily disable it while we investigate further. In the meantime, our GMs will continue to monitor chat channels and respond to spam tickets sent through the Help menu. We encourage players to report spammers using Help, and utilize the Ignore feature as well. Thanks for your cooperation (and apologies for the inconvenience)! We'll have it fixed as quickly as possible. Have a great weekend and have fun in the game!

Don't let the gold farmers have a field day with this one--no pun intended. Even though using the spam report button will add the spammers to your ignore list, they won't be officially reported. Take the extra minute or so to use the Help menu to report them, and hopefully the devs will have the matter resolved soon.
