The Stone-Speaker
Quest Writeup:
Book II, Chapter 4
Talk to Aric the Stone-Speaker of the Eglain, in the Southern part of Harloeg. You can learn much from him, and the spirits of the dead he communes with.
You can find Aric in the ruins of Ost Haer. From Ost Guruth, travel directly southeast into the swamp.
This quest is rated as Moderate difficulty because of the frequency of level 31 creatures, and even an occasional elite if you're "lucky". If you're careful and keep your distance from the monsters, giant bugs, wights and worms, you can make it to Aric without aggro at level 27. There are numerous other quests in Ost Haer.
