Friend of Hares
Quest Writeup:
Note: You must acquire the quest A Friend of the Wild from the Lore-master trainer once reaching level 24, before you can do the sub-quest, Friend of Hares.
Step I. Talk to Radagast:
Radagast tells you the following:
"While the Eglain are safe, many of the creatures here in Agamaur are not. You should help save them.My friends from our adventure earlier have told me of many creatures that need help.
For instance, my rabbit-friend has told me of a hare that is in need of help. He says the poor creature can be found in his den, which lies due west of the Outer Gates of Garth Agarwen.
Here, I have inscribed a call that will draw the hare from his den. Once you have found him, bring him back here quickly. Otherwise, he will grow fearful and return to his den to hide."
Step II. Find the Hare
You are told that the the hare's den lies west of the outer gates of Garth Agarwen, and indeed you can get to the hare by following the right wall directly from the entrance to Garth Agarwen.
But a more direct route would be to travel through the Eglain encampment and then northward until you reach the back wall of Agamaur, where the hare's den is hidden at the end of a little alcove. See map for reference.

Step III. Use the Scroll:
When you find the den, use the scroll Radagast gave you, and the rabbit will follow you out. Run quickly back to Radagast, making sure the the hare stays behind you. You have five minutes to do this, so don't get lost!
Step IV. Talk to Radagast:
Go back to Radagast's tower and talk to him. He will have the next part of the quest for you, Friend of Turtles.
