Friend of Sparrows
Quest Writeup:
Note: You must acquire the quest A Friend of the Wild from the Lore-master trainer once reaching level 24, before you can do the sub-quest, Friend of Hares.
Step I. Talk to Radagast:
Radagast tells you the following:
"There is one last creature who is in need of our aid. My frog-friend here has told me of a sparrow who is trapped in his nest. This nest is found in a tree in the middle of the water in the ruins between the Circle of Blood and Gloomleaf's grove.
Here, take this Song of the Sparrow that I have inscribed and call the sparrow from his nest and bring him here."
Step II. Find the Sparrow.
Once you've managed to find the turtle, the sparrow is easy, because it's on the same general path as the turtle. In fact, you passed near it when you followed the path to the turtle.
Head north from the Eglain camp, and west again, towards the water. This time, stop about half way along the shore and look for a long arching bridge across the water. Once you see it, head straight to it. The sparrow's nest is in a tree in the water, just in front of the arch. You can see this in the map below.

Step III. Use the Scroll:
Summon the sparrow and run back to Radagast, just like before.
Step IV. Talk to Radagast:
When you've returned to Radagast with the sparrow, you will have completed all the quest steps and you will receive your first role-laying animal friend, as well as you will be able to begin collecting the other lore-master role-playing pets.
